A spot of rain in City 17

Just curious as to whether it'd be possible to implement weather to the map? It's just it's always sunny in the City and with all these Citizens walking around in coats and hoodies, would be nice for them to put them to use in a role-play perspective other than just as an accessory. A spot of rain also adds to the already bleak atmosphere of the City and wouldn't be too much trouble for it to occasionally appear, as well as adding to the immersion that the server provides to the role-play.

I can look into this one, though it would require an update to the content pack and therefore people would have to download the new addon to make sure they get the effects.

I'd be down with a weather add on. Something -other- than Atmos, as I'v used it before, and it tends to be glitchy, and causes a lot of client side lag for some.
