Lets talk about hobbies!
Our general discussion board is looking a little bare, so I decided I'll kick it off with something easy, hobbies! Talk about what ever interest you. Stamp collecting, wine tasting, recreational drug use or what ever else tickles your fancy.
I, myself, am an avid collector of firearms, antique and modern. I'v got a Mosin-Nagant m91/30, a Nitro-Express 16 guage from 1886, as well as an all matching Norinco SKS. As of lately, I'v been working on a Polish semi-auto AKM parts kit build.

Not so much a firearm enthusiast but militaria collector. Own a couple of Soviet respirators (GP-7V) as well as a UK Assault Vest (DPM) /w stab proof plating. Also own a few other military grade surplus items, i.e. green UK commando jumper, WWII British MK 2 Steel Helmet, olive green parka jacket (similar to the m83 czech variant) and finally a few soviet ushankas. Also own a .22 pellet sport rifle and use it for hunting small game on the odd occassion.
Edit: Photos present below, please note they are in a 800px format to fit on this topic page, will upload an external link to full resolution images once my 'new members' period has expired.
Present day, UK - Olive green Royal Commando pullover
Present day, UK - Navy blue Royal Navy pullover
WWII, Allied Forces - Royal Navy folding clasp knife
BSA (Birmingham Small Arms) .22 cal Meteor Mk2
Cold War, Eastern Bloc - GP-7V respirator kit /w haversack
Middle-Eastern conflict, Coalition Forces - Vehicle crewman helmet
WWII, Allied Forces - British Mk2 Steel Helmet /w netting
Present day, UK - UK Assault Vest /w stab-proof kevlar

That's awesome, man! It's always nice to see other military enthusiast. I own several M-65 field jackets, one of which I wear almost daily in this cold weather. I'v also got a Swiss surplus greatcoat, the model of which I'm not quite sure. I'v also got an old sword my great grandfather brought back with him from WWII. Unfortunately, I know absolutely nothing about it. My real prized possession is my 16 gauge SxS shotgun. It's been passed down through my family for a little over a 120 years. I was lucky enough to inherit it from my mom, who's got no interest in firearms.
