Why do you want to be in the MPF?:

This kind of Role-play is very serious and interesting to say at last.
The choices are infinite as long you have a good imagination ofc.
Metro Police Force plays a big role in Hl2(rp) and it's one of many reasons people want join. Complex RP, (Guns?!), the feeling of having power.

Have you had experience in this role before?:

Yes, I did.
On multiple Servers, with multiple Ranks and roles.

Why is it important to maintain high standards of RP as an MPF unit?:

Role-playing as a MPF isn't like a standard Citizen Role-play.
MPF have to arrest, attack, defend, react and so on.
The Role-play expectation from a MPF Unit should always be good and make sense have some logic behind them.
The outcomes of a bad role-player MPF can lead to miss understand of the situation, not understand able logic and so on.

How, in your eyes, should an MPF unit act when interacting with citizens?:

Ready for anything, trying to act dominant against them.

Type out an example of an 04 unit pursuing a fleeing anti-citizen (5-10 Lines):

Union 04 was walking out of the nexus has he found a reported 647E running around the Plaza. He decided to run after him while with his radio, calling for Support.
The Anti-Citizen noticed the Unit so he ran away against a closed off District. What he din't realize at the end it was sealed off.
Union 04 approaches the Anti-Citizen taking out his Stun stick and setting it to MEDIUM Voltage.
**While other Units were inbound, 04 had to take it on his own.
Anti Citizen raises his hands, getting ready to swing a punch at the Unit's head.
Union 04 would go for a swing on to the Anti-Citizens head, attempting multiple times to strike him, 04 made it that he would fall over unconscious.
The Anti-Citizen would fall over, completely fainted and knocked out, dripping blood from his right ear..
** Jury 02 & Helix OfC arrived at the scene a bit late but they questioned what happen, took the body to the prison cells and 04 moved on his life.

Cons
-Grammar leaves something to be desired, but assuming that you're not a native English speaker, that's alright.
-The RP example you've written is more of a description rather than an RP scenario. Also, try making the RP scenario longer- Don't just stop when you reach the minimum.
-Your answer for the question "How, in your eyes, should an MPF unit act when interacting with a citizen?" isn't great. Perhaps expand on your answer?
